📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
• Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors and operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
• Implement and monitor production schedules using advanced software like SAP ERP and MES systems.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Optimize resource utilization and cost management to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
• Develop and implement strategies for process improvement and innovation in manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols in the production environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and achieve organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing and production management, with a proven track record in leading teams and improving operational efficiency.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Strong understanding of SAP ERP and MES systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and implement best practices.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and standards.
• Familiarity with agribusiness and food manufacturing processes is a significant advantage.
