📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and end-users to understand their HVAC needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Conduct site visits and technical consultations to assess project requirements and recommend appropriate Daikin HVAC systems.
• Prepare detailed technical proposals, including system layouts, equipment specifications, and cost estimates, to support sales pitches.
• Collaborate with the Daikin Applied sales team to drive sales growth and achieve quarterly targets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and Daikin product innovations to provide expert advice to clients.
• Participate in trade shows, seminars, and industry events to showcase Daikin's capabilities and network with potential clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, engineering, or a similar role in the building services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Daikin's HVAC products, including VRF systems, heat pumps, and chillers.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to interpret and apply industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and other relevant software tools.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid Indonesian work permit and the ability to work in Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
