📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and develop custom mechanical components and systems for industrial applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations
- Develop and maintain design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
- Participate in product testing and validation processes
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in mechanical design and engineering
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and ANSYS
- Certification in ASME or ISO standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with industrialization projects
- Familiarity with vacuum valve technology is a plus
