In this role, you will interact with guests daily, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a high standard of service. Our restaurant uses Point of Sale (POS) systems like Square and Toast for efficient order management, and you will need to be comfortable using these tools. Additionally, you will assist in preparing food and beverages, ensuring that our customers receive their orders promptly and accurately.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Square and Toast is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
