📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of F&B outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and lead a team of 20-30 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
• Conduct regular staff training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the F&B industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing F&B operations and teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Proficiency in using POS systems, inventory management software, and other relevant tools.
• Understanding of local regulations and industry standards in Bali.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
