📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings across different industries.
• Conducting initial interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates.
• Presenting candidates to clients and negotiating job offers.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Utilizing recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS systems to streamline the hiring process.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Providing regular reports and updates to the recruitment team and management.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful placements.
• Strong understanding of the local job market in Bali and Southeast Asia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with recruitment software such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Taleo, or Workday.
• Certification in recruitment or a related field is a plus.
