📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Develop and implement production schedules, work orders, and other production planning documents.
  • Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
  • Lead and mentor production team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools.
  • Experience with production planning and scheduling software.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with quality control and improvement methodologies.
