📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the Guava platform, ensuring its reliability and performance.
• Monitor and manage internal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware, including Windows, Linux, and network devices.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures for future reference.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the security and compliance of our systems.
• Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Proficient in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, and network devices.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
