📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement Instagram marketing strategies to drive engagement and increase followers.
• Create and manage Instagram ads, leveraging tools like Meta Ads Manager and Instagram Insights.
• Monitor and analyze Instagram performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute client-specific Instagram strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Instagram trends, features, and best practices.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to clients, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.
• Identify and recommend new opportunities for Instagram monetization, such as sponsored posts, affiliate marketing, and influencer collaborations.
• Train and mentor junior team members on Instagram marketing best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Instagram marketing or a related role.
• Proven track record of success in driving engagement and increasing followers on Instagram.
• Familiarity with Instagram’s advertising tools and features, including Instagram Ads, Instagram Stories, and Instagram Insights.
