📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with schools, educators, and parents to assess educational needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Design and implement educational programs that align with client goals and objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance educational practices and outcomes.
• Provide one-on-one consultations to address specific challenges and provide expert advice.
• Collaborate with the Learning Unlimited team to ensure seamless integration of educational solutions.
• Monitor program progress and provide regular reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices to inform your consulting approach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in education consulting or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of educational theories and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using educational software and tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Certification in educational consulting or a related field is a plus.
