📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate store operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of products.,Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.,Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.,Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Collaborate with the e-commerce team to identify and implement new store operations strategies to support our growth goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in store operations, logistics, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
