🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
