Lead and manage business analysis activities to support high-impact transformation initiatives in the insurance sector.,Develop and maintain business analysis plans, including scope, timelines, and resource requirements.,Gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements to support decision-making and strategic planning.,Facilitate workshops, interviews, and other stakeholder engagement activities to elicit and document business requirements.,Create and maintain business analysis documentation, including process models, data flow diagrams, and use case descriptions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and alignment of business analysis activities with organizational goals.,Monitor and report on the progress of business analysis activities, providing regular updates to stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in business analysis processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
