As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the restaurant's staff, ensuring that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and ensuring that the restaurant's food and drink are of the highest quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
  • Manage the restaurant's staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained
  • Ensure that the restaurant's food and drink are of the highest quality
  • Manage the restaurant's budget and ensure that it is being spent wisely
  • Ensure that the restaurant is complying with all health and safety regulations
  • Ensure that the restaurant is providing a positive and enjoyable dining experience for all customers
  • Work with the restaurant's marketing team to promote the restaurant and attract new customers

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
  • Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
  • Ability to think creatively and solve problems
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and demanding environment
