GRID Indonesia is looking for a talented Finance Manager to join our team. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the financial health and stability of the company. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities of the company including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.,Monitor and manage company expenses, ensuring they are within budget.,Work with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and stakeholders.,Manage the company's accounting and payroll systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficient in using financial software and accounting systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices.
