📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting job interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including advertising, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and employers.
  • Providing feedback to candidates and assisting them in the application process.
  • Collaborating with the hiring manager to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidate is hired.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
