📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain a strong network with potential candidates and industry contacts.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment processes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with local job market and recruitment practices.
