📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all operational aspects of maritime activities.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and maintain safety standards and protocols.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges.,Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operational management role in the maritime industry.,Strong knowledge of maritime laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Proven track record of managing operational teams and improving efficiency.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid maritime certification and experience in vessel operations is a plus.
