📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide direct patient care and treatment in accordance with established protocols and standards.
  • Assess and monitor patients' health status, and document all findings and interventions.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.
  • Perform nursing procedures, such as wound care, injections, and IV therapy.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.
  • Participate in staff meetings and continuous professional development activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Active registration as a Nurse with the relevant professional board.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Indonesian.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights, as needed.
