Bidang Krisna Medical Center is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team in achieving their targets and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in achieving their targets by providing excellent customer service and support.,Manage and maintain customer records and sales data to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.,Provide training and support to junior sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the business.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role in the healthcare industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Passion for healthcare and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
