📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.,Manage a team of pharmacist assistants, providing guidance and support.,Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications and supplies.,Monitor inventory levels and order restocks as needed.,Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate medication orders.,Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.,Participate in continuous education and training for staff.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacy operations.,Experience in managing a team of pharmacist assistants.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with pharmacy management software is a plus.,Valid pharmacy license and certification.
