📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Advise senior management on financial matters, including investment decisions and risk management.,Manage the company's accounting and financial systems, including payroll and accounts payable.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.,Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, including accountants and financial analysts.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the finance industry.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
