📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and route planning.,Ensure that all vehicles are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.,Monitor and track fleet performance, including fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, and maintenance costs.,Work closely with drivers and mechanics to ensure that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance safety.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on fleet performance and any issues that may arise.,Ensure that all fleet documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with all relevant regulations.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in fleet management and implement best practices where appropriate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong understanding of fleet management principles and practices.,Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with fleet management software and systems is a plus.
