📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries,Maintain a clean and organized workspace,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Handle cash and manage inventory as needed,Assist in training new staff members,Collaborate with the team to improve clinic operations,Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Basic computer literacy,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with healthcare terminology is a plus,Willingness to work in a hybrid model (in-office and remote),Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
