📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock control and replenishment.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to facilitate smooth logistics processes.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve warehouse processes.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Knowledge of English is a plus.
