📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking food for the restaurant,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene,Stock and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies,Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and customer preferences,Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members,Participate in kitchen meetings and discussions,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Sous Chef or similar role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment,Excellent communication and teamwork skills,Good physical fitness and stamina,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
