📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail or hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the local market and customer preferences.
