📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our employees.
• Lead and mentor training teams to ensure the successful delivery of training programs.
• Assess the training needs of employees and develop appropriate training solutions.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet the desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate training activities into the overall business strategy.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
• Provide feedback and guidance to employees to help them improve their performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with training management systems and technologies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., ATP, CPLP) is a plus.
