📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the mechanics team, ensuring efficient and effective maintenance of vehicles.,Perform routine and preventative maintenance on company vehicles.,Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on vehicles.,Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.,Train and mentor junior mechanics.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully leading and mentoring a team of mechanics.,In-depth knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
