As a Junior Learning Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and effective learning experiences for our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Conduct needs analysis to identify training requirements and develop appropriate solutions.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, ensuring they are engaging and effective.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees on their learning and development needs.,Assist in the creation and maintenance of learning management systems and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and training tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to travel to different locations in Bali for training purposes.
