Smart Prime Ekspansindo is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a keen eye for detail. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Managing and coordinating with various departments to achieve operational goals,Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstocks,Preparing and maintaining operational reports for management review,Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure product and service standards,Conducting regular audits to identify areas for improvement in operations,Assisting in the development and implementation of new operational procedures,Providing support to the management team in the planning and execution of operational projects

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
