📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Managing and mentoring a team of professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.,Developing and implementing strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members.,Representing the department in meetings and events as required.,Identifying and addressing departmental challenges and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving departmental goals.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote teams effectively.
